Plumbing

Plumbing for Power Boats, Yachts and Sailboats

Sea water, fresh water, grey water, black water, each has its place.  Seacocks and valves, hoses and clamps, faucets and toilets and loops all keep them there.  Eventually, everything leaks, usually one at a time.

Are You Having Any Of These Issues?

-A leak.  Anywhere. …of anything.

-Bilge pump(s) cycling too often

-Fresh water pressure issues

-Sewage or ‘rotten eggs’ smell in head

-Stuck or leaking valves or seacocks

-Desire to add new equipment, such as a holding tank and associated plumbing

We Can Help

Most minor leaks involve hose clamps that loosen with the age of the hose.

Hoses age and can/should be replaced when cracked or leaking.

Pumps and switches age and fail, requiring replacement.

Regulations change with time and the waters sailed.  ‘No discharge’ zones are becoming popular requiring extensive sewage system modifications.
